(A) Cell viability of HUVECs was determined using CCK-8 assay. (B-C) The expression of miR-125b-5p and TNFSF4 mRNA was measured using quantitative real-time PCR analysis in HUVECs. (D) The protein levels of TNFSF4, TLR4, p-p65, p65, p-IκBα and IκBα were visualized and quantified via western blot analysis in HUVECs.
