Stability of NDV in the interference buffers. NDV was incubated in 100 mM PO4, 100 mM EDTA and 100 mM citrate for 28 days at 4 °C and then titered (n = 3). NDV appeared to be stable in all three interference buffers as there was no statistically significant decrease in viability compared to the control. Mean ± SD are shown
